Community home trust
Building and maintaining meaningful relationships is a core value of our business. We are grateful to work in routine collaboration with island-based organizations and initiatives that are striving to meet the needs of our community.
Since March 2018, Shelterra has worked as the general contractor on the San Juan Community Home Trust's Sun Rise II development. With the aim of creating more affordable housing opportunities for island residents and families, we placed a group of early 20th century houses on new foundations, renovated them, and brought them back to life as beautiful, livable homes.
